BFIC to BRUCE AND COMPANY
Bruce & Company Fossilstone Furniture builds upon the legacy of Bruce Fossilstones International Corp. (BFIC), a Cebu-based furniture manufacturer known for producing and exporting fossilstone furniture to international markets.
During the late 1990s and early 2000s, BFIC supplied large-scale furniture orders to retailers and distributors across the United States, Australia, and many more. The company specialised in furniture crafted from fossilstone, wrought iron, and wood, producing container shipments of dining tables, occasional furniture, and decorative pieces for global markets.
At its peak, BFIC operated as a high-volume export manufacturer, supplying container loads of furniture to international buyers and maintaining long-standing trade relationships with overseas partners. Showing twice a year at the High Point Furniture Show in North Carolina.
Following the passing of its founder in 2006, operations gradually came to a close.
Today, Bruce & Company Fossilstones Furniture represents a new chapter. Drawing on the material knowledge and craftsmanship developed during the BFIC years, the company now focuses on creating modern fossilstone furniture designed and produced in Cebu for today’s interiors

Rather than impose upon its character, we honour what already exists, allowing the natural markings, textures, and quiet variations of the stone to remain visible and celebrated.
Our work is rooted in craftsmanship that endures. The artisans who shape every piece are part of a generational tradition — skilled hands carrying forward knowledge, discipline, and care developed over decades. Many have been with us since our earliest beginnings, with Bruce Fossilstones Intl. Corp (BFIC) continuing a legacy built on dedication, precision, and respect for the material.
We create with intention. Each form is carved, refined, and finished entirely by hand, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical. What emerges is not simply furniture, but an object with presence — shaped by nature, refined by human touch, and made to endure for generations.
